This house is the second showhome FLIS Interior Design  has done for Regency.

 

This was the second Show Home is meant to be neutral for the audience. It is a bit more rustic, because of the distressed floor, so Niki followed that theme without going overboard with it, finding the correct balance.

 

It’ s a rustic modern blend. And peacock feathers where actually Niki’s inspiration for this project. Especially in the master bedroom. From the feather-like wallpaper to the rich greens and luscious blues. Niki also put the feathers throughout the house making it cohesive theme in the house. 

 

Key Features: Overall colour palette is neutral and an accent colour of rich green on the living room sofa to add a hint of nature – bringing the outside in. 

Black and white graphic patterned arm chairs and modern wall art to add a modern contemporary flare. Gold accessories ties it all in, giving each room a glamorous lux feeling.
