This client is a business professional and he uses this property as a holiday home and wanted a “Modern, Cozy Contemporary” style for his holiday home and Niki created her interior designs concepts to complement existing elements within the property.

 

The property has open-plan living on the main floor, high-quality finishes throughout and follows a modern trend of using wide-panelled wood flooring and concrete.

 

To enhance those surfaces Niki chose clean lines for the furniture, a neutral colour palette on the walls and wall coverings, as well as monochromatic tones in the furnishings, artwork and accessories accented in complimentary colours. The choice of fabric on the corner sofa and soft furnishings gives the living room the cozy, inviting feeling the client really wanted.
